Delivery Policy

We ship to Australia only

Item(s) are dispatched from Carrum Downs, 3201 Victoria

Item(s) will be shipped out within 1-3 business days once payment clears and providing we have suitable stock in our warehouse and we have clear delivery details from our customer

Most items are sent via Australia Post Standard delivery service. Tracking information may be available and will be advised.  Please allow approximately 2 to 10 working days for delivery.  WA & NT & some Regional areas can take up to 15 working days.  Please check the tracking information (if available) from the Australia Post website or please contact us at if you have any concerns or questions.

Smaller items (500g or less and no thicker than 20mm) are sometimes sent via Australia Post Large Letter Standard Service.  These items do not have Tracking.

If you are not home when delivery is attempted please check if an ‘Item Awaiting Collection’ or ‘Safe Drop’ card has been left in the letterbox, or if delivery was made by a Courier the parcel will be left if it is safe to do so.

We will choose the best Freight Service from Australia Post, Couriers Please, Aramex/Fastway according to your location and item specifications

For some bulky heavy items, we use a Courier service and will require a physical address.  We will not be able to ship your item/s to a P.O. Box.

If we choose to ship via Courier due to size or location, items are sent without postage insurance. If you would like postage insurance (for loss or damage in transit) please let us know. If postage insurance is not taken and items get damaged in transit, we will be unable to replace the item.

Returns Policy


Warranty offered extends to the original purchaser only,

Warranty period on all items is a minimum 12 months, unless otherwise stated on the product details, or extended by manufacturer,

If you have a Warranty claim please contact us with proof of purchase.

What Can Be Returned?

Blue Nautilus Marine will accept any of our products for return if there is a fault with the
product or the customer is unhappy with the performance of the item within a set time period.

If it is a branded product that we have sold for another ‘manufacturer’, the return will 
be passed onto the ‘manufacturer’ to be determined by the ‘manufacturer’ if a warranty or refund will be accepted.

Blue Nautilus Marine will not be held liable for another manufacturer’s return policy.

The original copy of the invoice must be provided to Blue Nautilus Marine.

Blue Nautilus Marine will not refund or exchange a product because you ‘simply changed your mind’.

We will accept returns up to a maximum of 7 days from delivery date.

Warranty is different from returns and depends on the particular parts, manufacturer and circumstances of the claim.

If a “part” is fitted incorrectly and is the cause of the “part” being faulty Blue Nautilus Marine will not exchange/Refund or replace the part.

Where Do Customers Return Items?

Products must be returned to Blue Nautilus Marine.

The parts must be sent with a copy of the original tax invoice with up to date contact details and a letter explaining what the problem is with the parts supplied. 

Parts must be placed on a trackable freight Carrier and Blue Nautilus Marine will not be held liable for lost freight, and will not pay or replace lost freight if we did not organize the freight.

Who Pays For Returns?

Parts that are fitted incorrectly and cause the part to be faulty, Blue Nautilus Marine will not pay for Freight,

When a return is not due to a manufacturers fault, the customer must pay freight costs to Blue Nautilus Marine

20% restocking fee will apply for products that are not faulty,

If Blue Nautilus Marine has sent you the wrong part, we will pay full cost of freight,

Parts to be returned for assessment are to be paid by the customer, If approved Blue Nautilus Marine or manufacturer will reimburse the cost of freight.

Credit For Return?

If a return has been approved and the customer would like the money returned, Blue Nautilus Marine will only return the money to the EFT/PayPal account or credit card number that the original invoice was debited to.

Packaging Materials

If products are returned in damaged and / or not the original packaging, the cost of the packaging will be taken off the refund amount. 

Blue Nautilus Marine will not be held liable for any incidental damage caused by products supplied by Blue Nautilus Marine,

It is up to the Person fitting the products to make sure the parts do work correctly, are fitted 
correctly and are the correct parts prior to fitting.

We have endeavoured to give the most accurate description of our products, shipping, payment and warranty terms. If you are unsure of these terms, please contact us before purchasing, as all sales are final.
